I want my money back!

I love this game, I really enjoy playing it and thats why I upgraded and payed $3.99 back in February. I stopped playing for a month id like to say? And surprise surprise, today I tried playing it again and its back to normal. I have to upgrade again! Seriously? No thank you, how can I get my $4 back?
